Solento Espresso Martini

Add 1 1/2 oz Solento Reposado, 1 1/2 oz Kahlua, 1 1/2 oz fresh espresso, and ice into a shaker.

Shake for 15-20 seconds.

Strain into your favorite coupe or martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.

SOLENTO SOCIAL BUTTERFLY

To prepare, brew one cup of butterfly pea tea.

In a stemless glass, add ice, 2 oz Solento Blanco, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and 1 oz agave syrup. Stir.

Slowly pour your brewed butterfly pea tea into the glass and watch it turn from blue to a magnificent purple. 

Garnish with a tight lemon twist. 

Sage Bees Knees

Create honey syrup by combining 1 part honey with 1 part hot water.

Combine 1 1/2 oz Solento Blanco, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 5 sage leaves, and 1/2 oz honey syrup. Shake with ice.

Strain into a coupe and garnish with sage leaves.

Midnight Margy

Rim a rocks glass with floral salt.

Combine 1.5 oz Solento Reposado, 3/4 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz fresh cucumber juice, 1/2 oz agave, activated charcoal, 1/2 oz organic aloe vera juice, and ice.

Shake and then strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and garnish with an edible flower.

Cinnamon Solento Sour

Dry shake 2 oz Solento Reposado,
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 egg white,
3/4 oz simple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon

Add ice and shake again.


Strain into a coupe and garnish
with cinnamon.

Brown Sugar Old Fashioned

Create brown sugar simple syrup by combining 1 part brown sugar with 1 part water. Bring to a boil, and mix until brown sugar has completely dissolved. Let cool.

Combine 2 oz Solento Añejo, 1/4 oz brown sugar simple syrup, and 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.

Serve in a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a luxardo cherry.

Solento Margy

Wet the rim of a rocks glass with lime and dip in flaky salt.

Combine 2 oz Solento Blanco, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and 1 oz Cointreau or agave syrup, and ice. Shake.

Strain over ice into the salted rocks glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Solento Spicy

Muddle 4 slices of fresh jalapeno in 1/2 oz of agave.

Add 2 oz Solento Añejo, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and ice. Shake.

Strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with cucumber slices, fresh jalapenos, and a sprig of thyme.

BURNT ORANGE BREAKFAST MARGY

Wet the rim of a coupe glass with lime and dip in chilli lime salt.

Combine 2oz Solento Reposado, 2 oz fresh orange juice, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 1/4 ounce agave, and ice. Shake.

Strain into the chilli lime salted coupe glass and garnish with a torched orange round.

Calm Waters

Create chamomile honey syrup by combining 1 part honey with 1 part chamomile tea.

Combine 2 oz Solento Blanco, ¾ oz lemon juice, and ¾ oz chamomile honey syrup. Shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon wheel and chamomile flowers.

SLOW CIDER

Place a large sphere of frozen apple cider into a rocks glass and pour 3 oz of Solento Reposado Tequila on top. 

Garnish with a stick of cinnamon and a slice of fuji apple. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon on top. 

AGED AUTUMN

Muddle 8 organic blackberries, 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, ½ oz of lemon juice, ¼ oz honey in a cocktail shaker. Add 2 oz of Solento Añejo and orange bitters.

Strain into a martini glass. Top with Topo Chico and garnish with fresh rosemary and blackberries.

Solento Sour

Dry shake 2 oz Solento Blanco,
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 egg white,
3/4 oz agave syrup

Add ice and shake again
Strain into a coupe and garnish
with a lemon twist

SLOW SUN MARTINI

Combine 3 oz Solento Reposado, 1⁄4 oz honey,
dash of grapefruit bitters

Shake with ice, strain into martini glass,
and garnish with a grapefruit twist

SOLENTO EASTSIDE

Gently muddle 4 mint leaves, 4 slices of cucumber, and ½ oz agave syrup

Add 2 oz Solento Blanco, ¾ oz organic lime juice + ice

Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with mint + cucumber

PALOMA TO THE PEOPLE

Rim a rocks glass with Himalayan salt

Combine 2 oz Solento Reposado, 1.5 oz organic grapefruit juice, 1 oz organic lime juice, ½ oz simple syrup + ice. Shake and then strain into the salt-rimmed glass

Garnish with grapefruit slice

SOLENTO SUNSET

Combine 2 oz Solento Añejo, 2 oz blood orange juice + ice. Shake and serve into a coupe glass

Top with sparkling mineral water

Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a Luxardo cherry

AÑEJO OLD FASHIONED

Combine 3 oz Solento Añejo, 1⁄4 oz agave syrup,
a dash of bitters

Serve in a rocks glass over ice and garnish
with an orange twist
